Terms and Conditions for New Life After 40 Coaching Program

The New Life After 40 Coaching Program is a 6-week online coaching program designed to help participants gain clarity, align their values and beliefs, and create a fulfilling life vision.

The program is delivered through weekly modules, exercises, and guided practices.

Upon enrollment, participants are granted a two-week free preview period of the program.

During this time, participants can explore the content, engage with exercises, and evaluate if the program aligns with their needs.

No payment is required during the two-week free preview period.

At the end of the two-week free preview period, participants will be asked to decide whether to continue with the remaining four weeks of the program.

If you choose to continue, payment in full is required.

Once payment has been made and you commit to completing the program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By proceeding after the two-week free preview, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Participants will have access to program materials for the full six weeks.

Access may include video sessions, downloadable resources, exercises, and interactive support.

Sharing program content with others who are not enrolled is strictly prohibited.

Commit to actively participating in weekly exercises and activities.

Maintain respectful communication with coaches and fellow participants.

Protect and respect the intellectual property of program materials.

All content, including text, videos, exercises, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of New Life After 40 Coaching Program and its creators.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of program materials is strictly prohibited.

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of program access without a refund.

Actions such as harassment, sharing unauthorized materials, or violating confidentiality may lead to removal from the program.

Results vary based on individual effort, participation, and commitment.
